Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are customized. These include custom engraved, cut or personalized products.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
